Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that the delivery address is secure and able to safely receive packages.
Delivery Confirmation & Fulfillment
All orders are considered fulfilled once the shipping carrier confirms delivery. For shipments requiring a signature, delivery is complete upon signature confirmation. From our side, once a package has been signed for, the order is fully fulfilled.
Carrier Disputes & Investigations
Any disputes regarding delivery, signature confirmation, or missing packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to cooperate with any formal investigation you initiate and provide any documentation we can. For assistance, please contact us at info@evangiehair.com.
No Replacement or Refund
Once the carrier confirms delivery with a signature, our obligation as the seller is complete. We do not issue replacements or refunds for packages that show confirmed delivery.

Domestic: Shipping time varies for each recipient's location, but typically items are to be expected 3–7 business days after receiving notification of shipment. Expedited shipping may take 1 to 2 business days within Ontario.
International: Evangie Hair is not responsible for any customs or duty fees outside of Canada. Shipping time varies depending on the recipient's location. Items may be delivered within 5-7 business days.
